Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Programs are intended for children ages 2–6. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and agree to these terms on behalf of the child.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot in any class, camp, or event. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay. Family discounts apply to the 3rd and 4th children in a single household.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel up to 48 hours before a session for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• If a class is missed and you notify us, a craft kit will be provided for home use.

• If we cancel a class, makeup session will be provided. No refunds are offered for rescheduled sessions.

4. Attendance & Safety

• Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may miss essential instruction.

• Children must be picked up promptly at the end of class.

• All participants must behave respectfully and follow instructor guidance for the safety and enjoyment of all.

• Parents/guardians confirm their child is physically and emotionally safe to participate.

• Craft materials used may include scissors, glue guns, paint, and other tools. We supervise all use but assume no liability for minor crafting mishaps.

5. Illness Policy

Children who are sick or show signs of illness (e.g., coughing, runny nose, fever) should not attend. If symptoms are observed, we will contact the parent to arrange immediate pickup.

6. Property & Belongings

Please bring:

• A labeled water bottle

• Clothes that can get messy

• Hair tied back (if applicable)

Leave at home:

• Electronics, toys, and valuables

Glue and Giggles Club is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website and in our programs—including content, logos, class materials, and designs—are the property of Glue and Giggles Club and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Glue and Giggles Club is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation, beyond what is required by law. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s participation.

9. Changes to Offerings

We reserve the right to change class content, instructors, prices, or schedules at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly to registered participants.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
